Warranty – Terms & Conditions

1. The warranty can only be claimed, if the product is not working properly, not charging properly or accessories are not functioning. 

2. When claiming the warranty:

                 a) the customer must return the product’s box and all accessories included with the product.

                 b) the customer shall take care of transporting the product to JetCart’s warehouse and bear any transportation costs involved.  

                 c) JetCart shall either provide a brand new replacement or in the case of that particular product not being available in stock, JetCart will offer a full-refund of the cost of the product (delivery charge not included) to the customer. 

3. The warranty will be null and void if:

                  a) The product is damaged physically

                  b) The product is repaired, modifed or disassembled

                  c) The product has been damaged by any liquid entering it
